Whats included w/ football registration?: 
  • FLAG LEVEL: 2 full uniforms (Home & Away) & Insurance.
  • FRESHMAN-SENIOR: 2 Full Uniforms Home & Away (uniforms will be issued after family fundraiser obligation has been met) & Insurance.
​What is included w/ cheer registration?: 
  • Cheer Top & Bottom, Cheer Dress, Boy Cut Brief, 2 Cheer Bows, Cheer Socks, Metallic Poms, Backpack (Personalized), Breast Cancer Bow & Socks, Practice Shirt & Shorts, Personalized Performance Shirt

Is the organization fundraiser mandatory: 
  • , there are 2 ways to fulfill the fundraiser obligation. Each household is required to raise $400 through the fundraiser or buyout for $200.
Does SLC offer any discounts?: 
  • Yes, we offer a sibling discount. A coupon code is also available for any child that is on free/ reduced lunch. Proof is necessary to receive code. (Discounts not available during Early Bird Dates)
How does SLC communicate with parents?: 
  • We communicate via email, GroupMe app, & Team Sideline App
What is needed for football practice?: 
  • A practice jersey, practice pants, cleats, mouth piece, chin strap, & water bottle.
Where does SLC play games/ cheer?: 
  • We play a total of 8 games. 4 are home games that are hosted (Kempner Stadium)
  •  14677 Voss Rd Sugar Land, Texas 77498.
  • The other 4 are away games and location will shared once the schedule for the season is released.
Is parent volunteering mandatory?: 
  • Yes, hosting home games requires many hands.
  • Volunteers can be a sibling or other family member.
  • There is also a volunteer buyout option during the registration process.
How does the sibling discount work?: 
  • Pay the full cost for the 1st sibling and any additional siblings will receive $25 off of their enrollment.
  • This applies for siblings only or adult must have guardianship of child.
What will be on my bank statement?: 
  • Team Sideline Inc or We Pay Inc. will appear on your bank statement. 
How do I buy SLC T-Shirts and Merch?: Are Helmet and Shoulder Pads Included?: 
  • No, helmets and shoulder pads are not included.
  • You must purchase equipment rental during the registration process if your player will need to rent equipment.
What's the Refund Policy? 
  •  The refund policy states, there will be no refunds issued after June 1, no exceptions. If requesting a refund between April 1and June 1, All money will be refunded minus the cost of uniforms and administration fee of $50. For example, fee for player to register is 400. Uniform cost for player is 250. If a refund is requested before June 1. Family will receive $100 in a refund plus player uniform. That's Registration fee of (400) minus(-) uniform purchase (250) minus (-) administration fee (50) which equals (=) out a reminder of $100 dollars refund.
​What if I'm having trouble registering my child?
  • Here you can find a step-by-step pathway on how to register your child/children
  1. ​Once you are on the FBYFL page scroll your mouse over "REGISTRATION"
  2. Move the curser down to Sugar Land CowboyS
  3. Click the "CLICK HERE TO REGISTER" button on the page
  4. Create a new account 
  5. After creating a account you will arrive to the Members page  click "ADD CHILD"
  6. Add child's information with Birth Certificate. If you don't have a birth certificate please add a picture (however player will not completely register without a original birth certificate.
  7. Once you have added a child you will arrive back at the Members page. Click  "ENROLL"
  8. At the next page you will add child as "ENROLLEE" / ENROLLMENT TYPE: player / PROGRAM: 2025 sugar land cowboys fall / OFFERING: choose Flag, cheer, or tackle / 
  9. PAYMENT OPTIONS: 1st payment of $50.00 or Full Cost of XXXX
  10. click ADD ENROLLMENT (*note the price will change to original price if you choose $50 deposit option, however it will allow you to pay $50 at check out)
  11. Click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT
